All rates are Net and are in $US and based on land only. Rate includes accommodations, all meals, drinks, taxes, gratuities, nightly entertainment, round-trip transfers from the airport, daily activities and non motorized water sports.

It is imperative that you identify yourself as being a part of the Bahamas Int’l Film Festival Group to qualify for the group rate. Upon making the room request, credit card information is required. This is needed to guarantee your booking.
Cancellation Policy: All bookings must be cancelled seven (7) days prior to arrival or a #300.00 penalty will be charged.
No Show Policy: A $500.00 penalty fee per booking will be applied to no-show reservations. Incidental Fee: a $100.00 incidental fee will be charged per room at check-in. This is fully refundable at the end of your stay if there are no charges placed to the room.
