Guillemet has worked in key positions in the film industry for over thirty years.  For sixteen years she worked at the Sundance Institute where she served as Vice-President of the Sundance Institute and Co-Director of the Sundance Film Festival.   At the 2000 Sundance Film Festival, she launched the Documentary Film Program and its ”House of Docs” to provide support to documentary filmmakers.  She also initiated the Gen-Y Studio, a program designed to nurture young student filmmakers.   In 2002, she founded the Utah Film Center bringing the world of film to local audience, emphasizing social content and artistic excellence.


From 2002 - 2007, Guillemet was the Director of the Miami International Film Festival, showcasing the most important selection of Ibero-American Cinema in North America.  She led the Festival through an astounding five-year period of growth including the creation of Miami Encuentros, a program to help emerging Ibero-American producers.


In the last thirteen years, Guillemet has worked as an executive consultant for various international festivals including the newly created El Gouna Film Festival in Egypt, the Costa Rica International Film Festival, the Dominican Republic Global Film Festival, the Middle East International Film Festival in Abu Dhabi, the Bahamas International Film Festival, and ESAV, the Marrakech School of Film and Design supporting new Arabic cinema.   She is currently the programming director of the Costa Rica International Film Festival, and the Deputy CEO and a Programmer of El Gouna Film Festival.


Over the years Guillemet has assisted many documentary filmmakers during their creative process and in the various production phases of their films, as well as in their distribution strategies.  She is an Executive Producer of the Dhamma Brothers (2008) by Jenny Philips, Circus Without Border by Susan Grey, and Oscars nominated The Square (2013) by Jehane Noujaim.


Throughout her career, Guillemet has been a dedicated arts activist.   She serves on the national boards of a number of arts organizations including Women Make Movies and Indie Collect.  She has also served on funding panels for the National Endowment for the Arts, and the Rolex Foundation, and as a juror and panelist for many international festivals. In 2005 she was awarded the Chevalier de l’ Ordre des Arts et des Lettres from the French Minister of Culture.

Marika Kozlovska

Marika Kozlovska is an independent international film consultant who is working in the film industry for over 10 years. She is a specialist in planning and implementing structures for films in different stages of production. From films in development to the finished product, Marika consults closely with international film institutions, independent producers, production companies, sales agents, film festivals and film funds. In her work within the industry she specializes in delivering bespoke solutions for partnerships, financing, promotion, development and marketing.

Her work has led to the introduction and restructuring of national European film commissions, evaluating Eurimages fund distribution strategy, numerous partnerships and film selections in various festivals.

In the past, for more than 6 years Marika has been consulting with the Brazilian filmmakers association and film promotion agency Cinema do Brasil. It represents approximately 140 member-companies, where she: managed international strategy and prepared filmmakers' delegations for the international film markets; consulted member- producers on international opportunities for financing, development, film marketing; set up collaborations between Cinema Do Brasil and partners like EAVE, ACE, the Netherlands Film Fund, Medienboard and more.

In 2019 Marika joined Zürich Film Fund as a reader of the fiction film projects. From 2021 she’s a member of the film commission at the Austrian Film Institute.

Besides that she also works with other consultants and trainers, preparing tailor-made consultancies and training sessions. She participated as a trainer and speaker at Rotterdam Lab, IFFR Pro, Berlinale Talents, Mica Meetings, Plot Lab, Next Wave, Swiss Films Talent Day and many more.

She is a 2018 graduate of EAVE Producers and Marketing Workshops.

Born in Panama, he began his career in production companies as a Production Assistant and then locations manager for TV shows, commercials and movies. After completing his studies in Marketing, Distribution and Sales of Films at ESCAC (Barcelona), he moved to the film distribution field working as Sales Analyst and Trade Marketing Coordinator for Twentieth Century Fox Films, Central America; working for 4 years in the distribution of more than 60 films for the region.  In 2016, he obtained his Master in International Film Business at London Film School and the University of Exeter in the United Kingdom. 


Currently, he works as a Producer, Film Booker and Film Marketing and Distribution Consultant. Since May 2019, he produces the podcast “Taquillando” (https://www.hojadebijao.com/podcast) focused on Marketing, Distribution, and Film Sales in the region. 

Fabio Golombek

Fabio is an awarded producer with more than 25 years of experience in TV and movies. In 2002 he founded FJ Productions in Los Angeles where he has produced shows like: “The Hollywood News Report” (HBO), “Sonywood News” (Sony TV), TNT Buzz (TNT) and “Planeta Brasil” (Globo International). His movie credits include: “Bed & Breakfast” (Dean Cain, Juliana Paes), “Man Camp” (Dean Cain, Fernanda Machado), “Like Sunday, Like Rain” (Leighton Meester, Debra Messing), “Experimenter” (Peter Sarsgaard, Winona Ryder) and “In Vino” (Ed Asner, Sean Young). His latest movies are “Saving Flora” (Jenna Ortega, David Arquette); “Abe” (Noah Schnapp, Seu Jorge) and “A Dangerous Practice” (Danton Mello, Juliana Paes, James Faulkner).

Fabio is a member of the Producers Guild of America (PGA), IDA and NALIP.
